“The Glory of Filmmaking in Portugal” by Manuel Mozos and “The Keeper” by Rodrigo Areias are the films that will represent Portugal in the 38th edition of the largest and most important festival of short films in Europe, the Clermont-Ferrand Festival which starts on 5 February.

Both films are part of the catalog of films of Agência – Portuguese Short Film Agency which will again be present at the Market of the Festival, which participates since 1999, ensuring the promotion of Portuguese production through a promotional stand and a set of daily activities.

In addition to the Portuguese films, also the Portuguese flavors and music will be represented in Clermont-Ferrand: the traditional happy hour on the Agency stand will provide a moment of interaction between producers, directors, programmers and other industry professionals; and the Portuguese party, in Baraka Club, will guest The Legendary Tigerman DJ set and other Portuguese Djs.

The Agency’s presence in Clermont-Ferrand is supported by Instituto do Cinema e do Audiovisual, Instituto Camões, The Portuguese Embassy in Paris, Câmara Municipal de Vila do Conde and Niepoort.
