In recent years we have witnessed a proliferation of artistic pieces by many considered cinematographic, but more commonly as videos in any digital format, in which recycling, or at least reuse, sometimes of somewhat extrinsic techniques or processes - considering that the process may be legitimized for being their own invention and not someone else's - sometimes of sound and image contents belonging to a borrowed memory.

The Cinematic Art Gallery emerged as a result of programming work carried out by the Festival itself, which includes projects to contaminate cinema and contemporary art.

The Cave, along with the Cinematic Art Gallery, also houses emerging names in cinematic art.

The Outdoor Cinema, located in Solar building's terrace, offers a unique experience to all moviegoers. A highly sought after concept with a program dedicated to the Stereo and My Generation section.
