Arriving at the 18th edition of Curtas, we propose a reflection on the program presented here as it represents the biggest film festival ever held in Vila do Conde, now based in a space with all the conditions for its realization. It is, in fact, the most extensive ever, which becomes obvious as soon as we look at the timetable and see such a profusion of sessions and sections to be developed between the different spaces of the Municipal Theater of Vila do Conde and the Solar - Galeria of Cinematic Art. But this evolution appears as a logical consequence of all the previous developments and in the sense of affirming the possible answers to the countless questions that we have been facing over the years. Thus, in order to achieve greater general balance and greater diversity, we seek to achieve a certain solidity from the reinforcement of each of the modules and, consequently, also of the structure that articulates them.
