Through the collaboration of writer Theresa Delsoin, artist Ray Whitaker, Lisa Marie Malloy and J.P. Sniadecki, who use film as a tool to engage with communities, we arrive in the region of Little Egypt, Illinois. We follow a sound recordist who walks through the fields where the Pyramid Courts housing complexes once stood, the heart of the black community in his hometown of Cairo.
