"The Outsiders", a 1983 film by Francis Ford Coppola, depicts the rivalries and confrontations between two rival gangs of teenagers in an Oklahoma city in the 1960s: the Greasers, connected to the working classes, rock'n'roll, and "rockabilly," who live in the poorer neighborhoods on the eastern side of town; and the Socs, the wealthy youths on the west side. The inadvertent death of one of the Socs leads to a series of consequences, from tragedy to redemption. In 2021 the 4K restoration from the original negatives was presented, making the sonic and visual experience even stronger.
