“May I Say? Chapter Two” is the sequel to the 2019 short film of the same name, made in Bobbio as part of Marco Bellocchio’s Bottega XNL course. Three years after the first chapter, Fausto lives in isolation in his mother’s house, with no income. When he decides to sell it, the maid, Barbara, revolts. Over the course of a day, absurd visitors parade through — until night falls and thieves arrive, ending in a chat until dawn.
