Angelo, a street cleaner, walks the streets of Rio de Janeiro behind the Carnival parades. This moment of musical fervor and popular joy brings back memories of his sister, who went missing when he was a child. In the midst of the street festivities, he finds a lost child wearing a strange angel costume and bearing the same name as him. Angelo decides to help the boy find his parents.
