Adela, a woman with an undiagnosed mental disorder, seeks relief in popular rituals. Misunderstood by her family and by a medical system that offers medication as the only remedy, she lives convinced that someone —or something— is watching her. The only understanding she finds is in religion, which leads her to visit a healer and confess the disturbing origin of her suffering.
