Michel, a boy with extraordinary powers, lives with his uncle Khalil in a Lebanese village where the buzzing of hostile warplanes is a natural soundscape. Khalil tries to train Michel to be "normal," but Michel's curiosity leads him to experiment in secret. When he accidentally causes two warplanes to crash, Michel's true power is revealed too powerful to contain.
