Through a figurative personification of Lisbon, we try toshow how the city is becoming disconnected with its roots. Customs, tradition andhistory gradually become extinct with all the light and movement, breaking the bondsthat unite us in our differences. The character of Lisbon wanders the streets in aquest to restore its point of origin, seeking escape or equilibrium. There seems tobe a strong indiference growing in the city, something that directly influenced thechoice of some of the actions we can observe throughout the film.
