With this film, we wanted to make a very simple project about naiveté, freedom and happiness. We didn't want to push the funny thing that was already in the picture. We wanted to go further and transform dogs into creatures and strange shapes. We wanted to start from an everyday event, and turn it into something unfamiliar, like Magritte: this is not a pipe, this is not a dog, and we love dogs! We started to look for music when we were editing. We heard a lot of tracks. Afterwards, we just re-edited with little adjustments so that it fit better with the tempo. When we tried Vitalic, it was the perfect fit, with its 80's shift, we knew that was THE track. We wanted to add the laser lines so that the track would go in that direction. It's an electro track with a sense of melody. The track has a dance floor taste to it mixed with mysticism/illumination/extasis. It’s a good combination!
