Júlio is a man who works in a factory. From his work place, he watches Maria through a glass partition. She is a personnel controller. Júlio fancies her. One day, he tries to reach her, but he approaches her in a shy and clumsy way. Nevertheless his attempt is noted and, by the end of the day, Maria responds to Júlio.
