Nuvem (cloud), a boy who has a soft spot for drifting and daydreaming, lives in the heart of Lisbon’s Creole shantytown. In this neighbourhood, a place where old toothless fishermen mix with rappers, he is seen as the village idiot. Nuvem is not very keen on working and enjoys the company of dogs and clowns. Faced with the indifference of the cocktail waitress that he has fallen in love with and the disdain of his peers, Nuvem turns to a quest for the mysterious moonfish.
