The events of Renovare revolve around three personal stories. Besides her daily work, mother Doina tries to manage the renovation of the family’s apartment. Her son Alex can hardly find any time for both the renovation and his girlfriend as the deadline for his Master’s thesis comes close. “RENOVARE” was awarded with the PRIX UIP Vila do Conde/European Film Awards at the 17th Curtas Vila do Conde 2009. “DERBY” was in International Competition at the 18th Curtas Vila do Conde 2010.
