The sun is rising on the village. Rooster cries out the wake-up call. Indian, Cowboy, Horse, Farmer Steven, Robin and Constable are ready for new adventures. First, imagine a box full of little plastic toys like the ones we all played with as kids: cowboys, indians, farm animals, cyclists, knights in armour, etc... Next, imagine 2 falsely childlike author-animators taking hold of these rigid figurines and bringing them to life by making them act out the craziest of adventures with no regard to sense or logic. “THE PANICS: THE BIG SLEEP” was awarded with the Animation Grand Prix at the 12th Vila do Conde 2004. “PIC PIC ANDRÉ SHOOW “THE FIRST”” was in International Competition at the 4th Curtas Vila do Conde 1996; “PIC PIC ANDRÉ SHOOW “THE SECOND”” was in International Competition at the 6th Curtas Vila do Conde 1998; “PIC ANDRÉ SHOW “SIORT”” was in International Competition at the 7th Curtas Vila do Conde 1999.
