Images of a light source in Barcelona serve as a pretext for a film that comes close to the magic of the origins of cinema. Subjecting her film to photochemical processes – in this case, also digital – Izabella Pruska-Oldenhof creates a stunning effect and a unique visual spectacle, reminiscent of Pointillism. The Canadian Director is co-founder of the Loop Collective, an experimental theatre group based in Toronto, who explore the relationship between art, nature and technology through interdisciplinary work – integrating film, video, photography, performance art and other artistic forms.
