Imagine a world without its star, lost from its orbit. Wandering, lonely, condemned to wander as a result of interplanetary migratory chaos. Those celestial bodies go by the name of “Planemo”. Veljko Popović, a young Croation filmmaker graduated in Fine Arts and, later, Animation, is outstanding in the way he creates this plot, animating the wandering of a man to whom one day an incident happens, one that will transform him. This film demonstrates the potential of 3D digital animation, capable of standing out in view of the less conventional orchestration of the perpetually moving images. We watch the surreal tragedy of a man progress, a man whom, following an accident, finds himself dissociated from the society in which he used to live. People and fragmented actions move around him in a time that no longer matches his. What to do when you no longer belong? (VV)
