In this "Keep That Dream Burning", Rainer Kohlberger continues to explore the territories between cinema and music, namely working from a variety of algorithms in order to create, and later manipulate, the information noise of image itself, thus reducing the action to a minimum and boosting other narrative meanings. Once again, this young author continues to explore the place of the spectator, leading him to dive into a hypnotic and attractive experience, which refers to the nostalgic "snow" from the old analogue television sets. This Austrian director is once again back at Curtas, after having presented the films "Moon Blink" (2015) and "Not Even Nothing Can Be Free of Ghosts" (2016), in previous editions, and both at the Experimental Competition.
