During summertime, nights seem sometimes longer, harder to endure without getting lost in its natural apathy. The period between night and dawn may be the most dangerous one, for it allows inner ramblings and sets ghosts free. In a house by the beach, stories are told to put the younger ones to sleep and the past is discussed. The sound of wind and waves in the distance threatens to infect dormant bodies. In one of these conversations, that seem to come about to stifle the silence of the house and the noise outside, the subject returns to the no less disturbing condition of the grandmother of the brothers that occupy the house.
