The past is misleading and its memories are usually unreliable. How does one recreate or revisit a past relationship, that is still present, but now seen from the distance of time? Francisco Dias’s “I don’t like 5 PM”, produced at the Portuguese Catholic University’s School of Arts, poetically revisits the story of a first love through fragments of images, sounds, and a sparse narration, which invite the viewer to fill in the memory gaps.
