“Nestor” marks João Gonzalez’s return to Curtas and to Vila do Conde, where he debuted in 2017 with “The Voyager”. A Multimedia graduate from ESMAD, he now studies Animation at the Royal College of Art in London. In his second animated short film, Gonzalez tells the story of Nestor, hostage to his own compulsive-obsessive disorder, constantly searching for stability in the shaking boathouse where he lives.
