The early heat that foreshadows the beginning of summer is yet another excuse for a group of three friends to skip classes. They take refuge in a nearby bayou to kill time, a place where two of their friends had once drowned. Despite the imminent tragedy, that space remains a possible escape where one can dream of the limits of the earth and of another existence. At night, this space turns into a liberating “Siesta Club”, populated by wandering bodies in different trance states. (PC)
