British visual artist Grace Ndiritu's first appearance in Curtas Vila do Conde is marked by the national premiere of her short film “Black Beauty”. This film is part of a research project of the filmmaker on deep migrations, climate and genetic changes in Tierra del Fuego, the southernmost part of the territory of South America. Having this purpose as a starting point, Grace Ndiritu builds a speculative fiction, where the model Alexandra Cartier talks with the Argentinian writer Jorge Luis Borges about the ecological and pandemic problems of today’s world.
