Fiction, animation, documentary, or experimental short films from Portugal, France, and Croatia in the early stages of development are presented to international programmers, broadcasters, and producers. This event aims to foster partnerships between production companies and international decision-makers around short film projects. In addition to the pitching sessions, it is also a unique opportunity for producers and participants to engage in informal meetings. This event is organised in collaboration with Institut Français/MaisFRANÇA and the Croatian Audiovisual Centre. The best "In Development" project will receive the following awards:
