New Voices
After showcasing the works of Ana Maria Gomes, Elena López Riera, Ana Elena Tejera, Jacqueline Lentzou, Jorge Jácome, Ali Asgari and Farnoosh Samadi, Céline Devaux, Chema García Ibarra, Estibaliz Urresola Solaguren, João Gonzalez and the Total Refusal collective in previous years, this edition highlights two authors who are linked to Curtas through their films present at the festival in previous years: Spain's Laura Ferrés (who won an award in 2017 for her film "The Disinherited") and Greece's Yorgos Zois.
Both will be present at the festival to present their work, their new feature films, a carte blanche with films chosen by them, and take part in a conversation with the public.
