Four film festivals, Curtas Vila do Conde, IndieLisboa (IndieJunior), Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival and Berlin International Film Festival (Generation) open a debate around the role of film festivals in film literacy, focusing on education through image. This session is organized jointly with CIEC (Creative Europe Information Centre) and moderated by Susana Costa Pereira, executive coordinator of CIEC Portugal.
