Solar - Cinematic Art Gallery presents a series of Open Air Cinema events featuring some of the best films from the official program of the 32nd Curtas Vila do Conde.

Open Air Cinema's current edition features the Best of the 32nd festival, including award-winning films and a selection of animated films for children in the Best of Curtinhas. Additionally, there are films aimed at young audiences from the My Generation program. To highlight, there is a musical documentary called Mutiny in Heaven: The Birthday Party, which traces the history of the Australian post-punk band The Birthday Party from director Ian White's perspective.

The Open Air Cinema sessions take place every Saturday in August at 9.30pm at Solar.
