In this first segment of the “loba trilogy”, an exploration of nature and the industrial, Rita Morais invites us to delve into the reminiscences of a gold mine excavated during the Roman Empire in El Bierzo, on the Iberian Peninsula. Accompanied by a small guide, we travel in 16mm through the labyrinthine forms that bear witness to the passage of time and human action on the ravaged landscape.
