INDUSTRY SCREENINGS (Deadline: May 30th)
These are private screenings of new short films seeking a world or international premiere. It is an event aimed at all festival programmers and artistic directors, as well as sales agents, distributors, broadcasters, and other film professionals. The programme was created in collaboration with Agência – Portuguese Short Film Agency.

IN DEVELOPMENT (Deadline: May 30th)
Fiction, animation, documentary, or experimental short films in the early stages of development are presented to international programmers, broadcasters, and producers. The best project is awarded by a jury. This event aims to foster partnerships between Portuguese production companies and international decision makers, around short film projects. In addition to the pitching sessions, it is also a unique opportunity for producers and participants to engage in informal meetings.

MEET THE FESTIVALS (Deadline: June 13th)
This is an opportunity for directors, producers, distributors, film schools, among others, to meet with programmers from the most important international film festivals. The aim of this meeting is to gain insight into the specificities of each event and to promote films on the international circuit. Meet the Festivals is part of the Curtas Pro section of the 33rd Curtas Vila do Conde IFF and is limited to 24 participants. For this reason, after submitting the application form, please wait for our team to confirm your participation.
