Birdboy and Dinki lost their parents in a terrible environmental disaster that also devastated the island where they lived. Consumed by grief, Birdboy ends up living alone in the forest, while Dinki decides to embark on a dangerous journey in search of a better home. The first feature film by Alberto Vázquez (co-directed with Pedro Rivero), “Birdboy: The Forgotten Children” won the Goya Award for Best Animation and was selected for various international animation and horror film festivals.
